OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Sunberry Studio, vl. Luna Džidić-Uzelac, owner of MŪN atelier. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MŪN atelier. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE NATURE
Our products are handmade ceramics. Because of the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in colour, size, and shape are to be expected and are not considered defects.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
SECTION 3 – PRICING AND TAXES
MŪN atelier / Sunberry Studio is a small business (paušalni obrt) and is not in the VAT system (oslobođeno plaćanja PDV-a prema čl. 90. st. 2. Zakona o PDV-u). All prices listed on the website are final, excluding shipping costs.
For international orders (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide using Hrvatska Pošta and other courier services (e.g., BoxNow).
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services in the destination country.
SECTION 5 – DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT & RETURNS
We take great care in packaging our ceramics using “double-boxing” methods to ensure safety.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken, you must contact us at luna@bymun.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Returns: According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 7 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
